PAYMENT:
At www.studioz.dk you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. The amount will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped from our warehouse. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is shipped.
A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have authorized at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT and any other taxes, unless it is a business purchase where you as a customer are set up to buy at wholesale prices excluding VAT. The prices are current prices. When you shop at www.studioz.dk, agreements are made in Danish.
We reserve the right to make price changes as a result of VAT increases and changed tax rules.
DELIVERY:
If the desired item is in stock, we will send it to you within 1-3 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will send it as soon as it is back in stock. You will always be contacted about expected delivery time if an item is out of stock. However, we make reservations for stock management errors and sold out items. It cannot be guaranteed that sold-out items will be back in stock, and we aim to remove sold-out items from the shop as soon as possible. If there are significant changes in the delivery time, we will endeavor to inform the buyer of this as soon as possible by contacting the buyer directly.
Items purchased at www.studioz.dk are delivered as parcel post with GLS to the chosen parcel shop. We only deliver to parcel shops in Denmark.
SHIPPING:
When you shop at www.studioz.dk your order is subject to a shipping fee of DKK 49. Orders over DKK 495 are not subject to shipping costs.
IF YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE:
You have a 60-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 60 days after the day you:
a) have received your goods.
b) take physical possession of the last item in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You must notify us within 60 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given at info@studioz.dk or by phone 69 13 27 00. In your notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and you must fill in our return form. You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly informing us of this at the same time.
Returning your order
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 60 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed securely. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery. Remember to get a receipt from the parcel shop as proof that you have returned the package.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal:
The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
a)Goods made to the consumer's specifications.
b) Goods that have been given a distinct personal touch.
The condition of the goods when you return them
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You can test the item, but not actually use it.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 60 days from the date on which we are notified of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided evidence of having returned them before then.

What do I need to send back?
Together with the item, you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. The expedition will go faster if you also fill out our return form, which you received together with the item.
Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
COMPLAINTS:
When you shop at www.studioz.dk you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can generally get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
How soon should I complain?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will pay the return shipping costs if you request a return label from us. Simply state that you want a return label when you inform us that you want to complain about a purchase.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.
The personal data is registered with Mads Z A/S and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have created a log in to make purchases with us, your information and order information will not be deleted unless you request it yourself.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent (when you accept our terms and conditions), so that you are informed of exactly what data is collected and why.
Employees at Mads Z A/S have access to the information registered about you.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information submitted to www.madsz.dk is in no way disclosed or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. However, when using Trustpilot, relevant information is forwarded in relation to reviewing the site.
As registered with Mads Z A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Danish Data Protection Act and inquiries in this connection should be directed to Mads Z A/S via e-mail to info@studioz.dk.
