PAYMENT:
At www.studioz.dk you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express card and JCB. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. If you have ordered more than one item and one of the items is backordered, we will not deduct payment for that item until it is shipped.

No more than the amount you approved at the time of purchase can ever be deducted. All prices are quoted in Danish kroner and include VAT and any other taxes, unless you are making a business purchase and are set up to buy at wholesale prices excluding VAT. The prices are daily prices. When you shop at www.studioz.dk, agreements are made in Danish.

We reserve the right to change prices as a result of VAT increases and changes in tax regulations.

DELIVERY:
If the desired item is in stock, we will send it to you within 1-3 business days. If the item is not in stock, we will send it as soon as it is back in stock. You will always be contacted about expected delivery time if an item is out of stock. However, we reserve the right to make errors in stock management and to sell out items. We cannot guarantee that out of stock items will be restocked and we aim to remove out of stock items from the shop as soon as possible. If there are significant changes in delivery times, we aim to inform the buyer directly as soon as possible.

Goods purchased on www.studioz.dk are delivered as parcel post with GLS to the chosen parcel shop. We only deliver to parcel shops in Denmark.

SHIPPING:
When you shop at www.studioz.dk your order will be charged 49 DKK for shipping.Orders over DKK 495 are free of shipping costs.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE:
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

a) has received your goods.
b) takes physical possession of the last goods in the case of an agreement for several goods ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given at info@studioz.dk or by phone 69 13 27 00. In your notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and you must complete our return form or the standard withdrawal form as recommended in the Consumer Contract Act. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to take delivery of the goods without clearly notifying us at the same time.

Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery. Remember to get a receipt from the parcel shop as proof that you have returned the parcel.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal:
The following goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

a)Goods made to the consumer's specifications.
b) Goods that have been clearly personalised.

Condition of the goods when you return them
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.

If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

So, to receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the product, but not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal on the entire order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make any such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of return by then.

What do I need to send back?
Together with the goods you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. The shipping will be faster if you also fill out our return form, which you received with the item.

Please note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

COMPLAINTS:
When you shop at www.studioz.dk you have a 24 month warranty. This means that you can generally have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of misuse of the product or other harmful behaviour.

How soon should I complain?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the goods. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will pay the return freight if you request a return label from us. Simply indicate that you want a return label when you inform us that you want to complain about a purchase.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging. When returning the item, please state what the problem is - preferably in as much detail as possible.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address

We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered at Mads Z A/S and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have created a log in to be able to make purchases with us, your data and order information will not be deleted unless you request it.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent (when you agree to our terms of business), so that you are informed of exactly what data is being collected and why.

Employees of Mads Z A/S have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form. Information submitted to www.madsz.dk is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not record any personal information. However, when using Trustpilot, relevant information is forwarded in relation to reviewing the site.

As a registered user of Mads Z A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to see what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act, and enquiries in this regard should be addressed to Mads Z A/S by e-mail to i
