When you as a private person act on Mads Z A/S you always have a 30-day right of cancellation. If you wish to make use of this, please complete our return form and send your item back to the address below.

Regarding exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for another item, you must make a new order and return the item you have regretted, then you will get the money back for it.

If you want to exchange a ring in size, you can send the ring to us together with a completed return form, where you indicate the size you want, which we will then send off.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
